Reserving your appointment
Hi Voss Babe! Prior to reserving your appointment here are some things you should know.
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. However, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If an appointment is not attended, 50% of the missed service will be posted to the account. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment.
When booking your first appointment we encourage you to do so over the phone or in person. This allows us to hear your hair story and match you with your dream stylist!
New guests are required to submit a credit card to reserve their appointment. No charges will be made to your credit card unless you no show or cancel your appointment outside of our 24 hour cancellation policy.
Booking online is an easy and convenient way to schedule your appointments. Be sure to consult with you stylist after every visit to ensure you are reserving the appropriate service and time before scheduling online.
We are an a la carte salon, this means our services are scheduled and priced separately. When booking your color service we encourage you to add on a blowout & style or haircut to complete your look. In most cases, you will want to book the color service first, unless specified differently by your stylist.
Revisions and Exchanges
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary revision. We would love the opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations since we value you as a guest. Revisions will be performed by the original service provider.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with the products you have purchased, you may bring them back within 14 days to exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.
We do not offer refunds for products purchased.
